We’re pretty far removed from the days when games needed to be scaled back to fit on handheld.īiomutant is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Still, gameplay-wise, it should be the same. However, I feel like you’re going to need to substantially cut back on the vegetation and fur, and I’m not sure a naked version of Biomutant is going to look so hot. It uses Unreal Engine 4, which has built-in compatibility with the Switch. I’m not really sure how this is going to look on Switch. I don’t need to excuse myself for liking a game that other people bounced off of, but if I wanted to, 2021 was absolutely depressing. Not only could you build weapons, you could take them apart and make them into better weapons. I enjoyed the exploration, thought the world presented a nice amount of variety, and the crafting system is one of the best I’ve seen.
